Look at where the premium and collector tanks are - it’s mostly tiers 6-10. Off peak hours could be totally unworkable in tiers 6-10. Subtract out everbody who is in tournaments, special modes, ratings,playing lower tiers, training rooms, and doing whatever in the garage and you’d have some pretty long waits to get into a battle - and that is during the peak hours. You would reduce the mid and upper tier queues there down to 2,250 to 2,850 and the average per tier to 450-570. According to BlitzStars the EU has peaked at roughly 15,000 to 19,000 each day. You would would leave only 15% of the player base in tiers 6-10. No winning is hard because 85% of the player base is playing in Tier 5-10 when they should be playing in Tier 1 still. it will be very disappointing, every new tank you get basically just a new model with slight improvement, and winning is very hard unless you get premium sub.
